Weekly Astrology Forecast: August 10, 2026

As we enter the astrological week starting August 10, 2026, the energy is characterized by the Sun glimmering brightly in Leo, igniting our creative spirits and encouraging self-expression. This week, we find ourselves in a transformative phase, with significant planetary movements that pave the way for personal growth and dynamic shifts. Notably, a trine between Jupiter in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn will create opportunities for profound insights and lasting changes. The undercurrent of this week is about harnessing the Leo energy to embrace our authentic selves while navigating power dynamics both internally and externally.

Monday–Wednesday: The Opening Move

As we kick off the week on Monday, the Moon enters Libra at 1:43 AM EDT, highlighting themes of relationships, harmony, and balance. This lunar positioning encourages diplomatic conversations and cooperative endeavors. However, with Venus in Virgo squaring Mars in Gemini on Tuesday, tensions may surface in partnerships as differing priorities come to light. Use this time to address any underlying issues with clarity; honesty will be your ally.

Wednesday brings the Moon shifting into Scorpio at 2:38 PM EDT, intensifying our emotional landscape. This lunar transition urges us to delve deep into our feelings and unearth any hidden truths. Emotions may run high, making it an excellent day for introspection. It’s also a potent time for shadow work—embrace the uncomfortable as a pathway to authentic transformation.

Thursday–Friday: The Pivot Point

On Thursday, the cosmic winds shift as the Sun forms a harmonious sextile with Jupiter, amplifying our aspirations and encouraging us to take bold steps forward. This aspect, occurring at 19 degrees Leo and Taurus respectively, invites us to seek abundance and embrace opportunities that align with our true purpose. This is the time to let your confidence shine; new ventures are favored during this cosmic alignment.

Friday brings a significant moment with a Full Moon in Aquarius at 3:36 AM EDT, illuminating themes of innovation, community, and social consciousness. At 29 degrees Aquarius, this lunation serves as a culmination of ideas that have been brewing since the New Moon in Aquarius earlier this year. As the Moon opposes the Sun in Leo, it challenges us to balance personal desires with the needs of the collective. This is your moment to release what no longer serves your vision for the future—be it habits, relationships, or outdated beliefs.

Weekend: Integration and Rest

The weekend invites us to integrate the insights and emotions stirred by the Full Moon. Saturday’s energy may feel chaotic as Mercury in Virgo goes into a square with Uranus in Taurus, prompting unexpected revelations and changes in communication. Stay flexible and open-minded; this aspect encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.

By Sunday, as the Moon transitions into Pisces at 4:48 PM EDT, a sense of calm returns. This lunar energy encourages compassion, creativity, and the exploration of inner worlds. It's the ideal time for meditative practices, dream journaling, or engaging in artistic pursuits. Embrace the quietude and allow yourself to recharge as the week comes to a close.
