Weekly Astrology Forecast: July 8 - July 14, 2026

This week, as the Sun continues its transit through Cancer, we find ourselves deeply rooted in emotional waters, navigating the intricate currents of our inner worlds. The cosmic landscape is intricate, with significant transits that will prompt reflection, connection, and the need for nurturing. The energies of the week oscillate between the introspective and the externally expressive, giving us opportunities to align our emotional insights with our outer realities. This is a week of grounding ourselves in our truth while also reaching out to others, creating a balance between self-care and shared experiences.

Monday–Wednesday: The Opening Move

The week begins under the sensitive light of the Cancer Sun, forming a harmonious trine with Neptune in Pisces on Monday, July 8. This aspect heightens our intuition and amplifies our emotional awareness, allowing us to connect deeply with our dreams and aspirations. It’s an ideal time for creative pursuits and spiritual practices, as the veil between the mundane and the mystical is thin. Reflect on your emotional needs and listen to your inner voice.

On Tuesday, July 9, Mercury enters Leo. This transit will invigorate our communication style, infusing our words with confidence and flair. As we articulate our thoughts, we may find ourselves naturally stepping into leadership roles. However, be mindful of the tendency toward dramatic expression, as Mercury in Leo can sometimes overshadow collaborative dialogue. Keep your statements clear and open to discussion.

By Wednesday, July 10, Venus will be forming an opposition to Pluto in Capricorn. This is a powerful aspect that can bring hidden emotional dynamics to the surface. Relationships may undergo intense scrutiny, prompting us to confront underlying fears and desires. It’s essential to embrace this transformative energy openly, allowing for deeper intimacy and understanding. Trust your instincts during this potent period; the revelations that emerge can lead to profound healing.

Thursday–Friday: The Pivot Point

As we transition into the second half of the week, the energies shift significantly. On Thursday, July 11, the Full Moon in Capricorn occurs at 20 degrees, illuminating our aspirations and career goals. This is a time of culmination, where hard work can finally yield results. The Moon’s placement highlights the necessity of balancing ambition with emotional well-being. Reflect on what you’ve accomplished so far and what adjustments are required moving forward.

Furthermore, the Full Moon is tightly squared by Jupiter in Aries, which amplifies the themes of growth and expansion. While this aspect can inspire grand visions and bold moves, it also warns against overstepping bounds or taking on too much at once. It’s essential to ground your aspirations in practicality while allowing yourself the freedom to dream big.

On Friday, July 12, Mercury in Leo will square Uranus in Taurus. This transit can bring unexpected insights or sudden shifts in communication. Be prepared for surprises in conversations or agreements that may challenge your established viewpoints. While this energy can be unsettling, it also offers a chance to break free from ruts and embrace innovative ideas. Approach any disruptions with curiosity rather than resistance.

Weekend: Integration and Rest

The weekend begins with a reflective energy as we process the emotional intensity of the Full Moon in Capricorn. On Saturday, July 13, the Sun in Cancer forms a sextile to Jupiter in Aries, inviting opportunities for growth through emotional connections. This is a favorable time for social gatherings or family reunions, fostering a sense of belonging and shared joy.

Sunday, July 14, sees a shift as the Moon enters Aquarius, promoting a sense of detachment and rationality. This transition provides the perfect backdrop for integrating the week’s lessons. Focus on grounding any insights gained during the Full Moon and sharing them in community spaces. Engage in activities that stimulate your mind and allow for unique expressions of individuality.

Write down any limiting beliefs you hold regarding your goals. Then, under the light of the Full Moon, burn the paper safely, allowing the smoke to carry your intentions into the cosmos.
